2. How to evaluate the expertise and competence of a logistics company?

Answer: It is possible to evaluate the expertise and competence of a logistics company in two ways. One of them is the verification of the Company successful operations and the results of their projects effectively completed. Such confirmation can be obtained from market information, through websites or consultations to Clients.

The other way to evaluate, more objective, is to consult directly the logistics company about any need you have. The more complex or technical this consultation is, the better is the result of this evaluation, in terms of confidence in the company and its features and operating procedures.

3. Is it possible to contract a logistics company to manage the international shipping, the customs clearance and the inland transportation, in addition to providing several specialized consulting services in Foreign Trade?

4. Are there difficulties, obstacles or complications to import or export for the first time?

Answer: No, there aren´t any! What should be done is just to seek appropriate guidance, obtain all the necessary accreditations to be qualified as an importer or exporter, either individually or as an entity, evaluate and select suppliers and/or markets and be organized or structured to begin operations.
